Angel Gómez, better known as Angel de la Blanca, brings more than 10 years of experience in creating cocktails around Latin America and the United States. As a bartender, he opened many local business franchises by leading themed bars and fine dining events as the capacitador de bartenders. He developed all the creative aspects, technical, and audiovisual needs as well as original cocktail menus. Angel has toured countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, and Colombia looking for flavors and mixtures that generate cocktails with a unique identity. He is originally from Ecuador and has lived in the United States since 2015. Angel dla Blanca is founder of Tremendo Garnish located in the city of Miami. Tremendo Garnish is the primary provider of garnishes in Florida, collaborating with big brands such as Bombay Sapphire, Matusalem Rum among others. Angel holds a bachelor’s degree in visual audio design and a specialization in Content Management for New Media from Buenos Aires Communication School in Argentina.
